Terms of Use

Last updated: 16 June 2026

These terms govern your use of the Athena website (athena.work) and your request to join our closed beta. By using the site, you agree to them.

1. What this site is

This website presents Athena, a company-memory product currently in closed beta, and lets you request early access. It is informational. Using the site does not create any contract between us beyond what is described here, and submitting a request does not entitle you to access.

2. Early-access requests

When you submit your email, you are asking to be considered for the closed beta. We decide at our discretion whom to admit and when, and we may close or change the programme at any time. We will contact you using the email you provide. Please give us accurate information.

3. Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt, attack, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its underlying systems, and do not submit other people's data without their permission.

4. Intellectual property

The content, design, code and brand of this site belong to Athena and its founders. We grant you a limited, personal right to view it. You may not copy, republish or exploit it beyond what the law allows without our written consent.

5. No warranty

The site and any beta materials are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any statement about a product still in development will hold.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts at our seat in St. Gallen, Switzerland have jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by mandatory law (including consumer-protection rules that may apply where you live).

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The current version is the one published here, with the "last updated" date above.
